A letter from an unknown author to C.H. Charles in Long Beach, California. 10 December 1915. In response to an earlier call from Mr. Charles regarding a 36 acre walnut property, the author explains that the orchard is located in the La Habra Valley and is likely 9 to 10 years old. The author prices it at $1,000 per acre, but explains that the price and the owner's terms of sale are flexible due to his circumstances. The author offers to show Mr. Charles the property at any time which is conventient for him. With minor foxing, tears, and an acid burn, the object is in good condition overall.
