Description
A letter from an unknown author to C.L. De Caskey in Los Angeles, California, 17 March 1913. Mrs. De Caskey will be sent a descriptive folder of the orange, lemon and walnut land in North Whittier Heights. The property owners are selling 1400 acres of orchard land, establishing a town, building a road to connect Whittier Boulevard and Pomona Boulevard, and dividing 400 acres of rough land into tracts for homes sites. Over $125,000 worth of property had been sold already. With holes from a straight pin, a stain, wear, tears, and acid burns, the object is in good overall condition.
