A letter from an unknown author to C.M. Seward in Lake Crystal, Minnesota, 10 June 1913. Responding to Mr. Seward's request (2017.41.1.90), a descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots. Land has been divided into 5 to 50 acre tracts with 100 acres for a townsite, 400 acres of foothills and 1300 acre of orchards lands costing $500 to $900 an acre with cheaper land needing leveling before planting. The owners will plant citrus trees for an extra $175 an acre. Loan terms are given and improvements to roads and irrigation are mentioned. Name of C.A. Stimson, Nora E. Hall, W.H. Crowell, and J.W.
