Description
A letter from an unknown author to Chas. F. Booth in Long Beach, California. 21 August 1915. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Booth's letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.909) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivision. The author notes that lands in the hills and wooded canyon are priced from $250 to $400 per acre. The author and his constituents expect that the subdivision will become a center of the ahuacate industry. The author lists the commission terms and suggests that he accompany Mr. Booth at the property at least once so they can review the proposition. With pinholes, discoloration, a pencil mark, a water stain, and a tear on the second page, the object is in good condition overall.
