A letter from an unknown author to Chas. R. Hall in Holtville, California. 27 March 1915. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Hall's inquiry about the North Whittier Heights orange, lemon, grapfruit, walnut, and avocado subdivisions (Object ID: 2017.41.1.776) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the property. The author lists the prices of unplanted lands a ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and $700 to $1025 per acre. The author states that $450,000 of the property has been sold since the year of 1913. The author suggests that Mr. Hall should refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce to learn the merits of the property, though it would be more ideal if Mr. Hall could tour the property in-person. There is writing in pencil on the top left corner of the first page; a long strike-through in pencil obscuring part of the last paragraph on the second page; staple holes in the lower left of the second page.
