A typed letter with a check of $4.20 from Edwin G. Hart and $4.20 from H.M. Jordan. The money from Mr. Hart is to go toward the taxes on his property in North Whittier Heights. The money from Mr. Jordan is to pay the first half of his taxes for Lot 92 in North Whittier Heights.
There are creases on the left side and a fold of the top left corner. This object is in good condition overall.
