A letter from an unknown author to D. Oxarart in Sonora, Arizona. 3 June 1914.
A typed letter is response to a request (object number 2017.41.1.522) asking for descriptive folders on North Whittier Heights. These folders have been mailed under a separate cover. The author writes that D. Oxarart knows the merit of the land, but would not be able to recognize the property since all the work that has been done since the Spring. Unplanted land will be sold in 5 to 50 acre tracts and can be planted to oranges, lemons, grapefruits or walnut, as well as cared for, for a small fee. If Mr. Oxarart writes with what his acquaintances are interested in, the author will provide terms of purchase and conditions.
There is a small crease in the bottom left corner, dints in the top left corner from the head of a straight pin, and discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
