Description
A letter from an unknown author to D.A. Mizener. 27 February 1915. The author confirms that he has received Mr. Mizener's statement of the lemon pickings on the old Perry grove, the Hunt property, and the Orchard Dale lots. The author informs Mr. Mizener that his groves will be put up with an Eastern client, and recommends that, if he desires walnut trees, he should buy some from Charley Hamburg. The author states that he will contact Mr. Hamburg to discuss purchasing the trees. The object is in good condition overall.
