A letter from an unknown author to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 15 July 1914.
A typed letter copy stating that a duplicate contract is enclosed. The contract is for Lot 3 in Tract 2489. The author had arranged with Mr. Hart to have the authors 6% commission applied to the 1/5 down payment. Mr. Wheeler gave the author a certificate number for the water stock to go with the contract. The author would like Mr. Boyd to notify Mr. Sheedy to issue a certificate and furnish the author with a receipt for the same.
There is discoloration on all sides. This object is in good condition overall.
