A letter from an unknown author to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 17 November 1913.
A typed letter in which the author writes that he received D.M. Boyd's letter from the 10th of November regarding the payment of taxes for the lot which the author purchased at North Whittier Heights. The author would like Mr. Boyd pay his taxes for the lot, per Mr. Boyd's offer, and will pay Mr. Boyd back as soon as he gets a statement of commissions.
There is creasing and warping all over the letter , possibly from being handled. This object is in good condition overall.
