A letter from an unknown author to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 19 January 1914.
A typed letter including the contract for Mark Donald McCaslin's 7.16 acres on Lot 41 of tract 2421 of the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Mr. Hart asks that D.M. Boyd keep the old contract as well with a note that it was replaced with a new contract.
There is a small tear on the left side, minor creases in the top left corner, small fold in the bottom left corner, warping on the left side, and discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
