A letter from an unknown author to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 6 February 1914.
A typed letter copy. The letter contained the contract for Lot 77 in tract 1953 of the North Whittier Heights subdivision which was made out in the name of May Mather Gilliam. A check for $100, payment for this land, was also sent. The letter also contained a contract for Lots 34 and 35 of tract 2421 which was made out to Mrs. Corinne King Wright. A check for $500, payment for the land, was also sent. Lastly, there is a contract for Lot 2 of tract 2489 in the name of John Kiddie. The land was originally bought by T.G.Challoner, who then signed his interest in the property to Mr. Kiddie. The old contract is attached to the new contract Mr. Boyd can cancel Mr. Challoner's contract.
There is discoloration on the right side, and abrasion damage on the left edge. This object is in good condition overall.
