A letter from an unknown author to D.M. Boyd in Los Angeles, California. 9 February 1914.
A typed letter copy. The letter included a contract of sale for Lot 33 of Tract 2421 to Mr. Ed. W. Hopkins, the County Assessor. There was also a payment, via check, of $1000. The author asks that a receipt be mailed. The author also enclosed a list of expenses for the Whittier Extension Company. He is hoping that he can get paid for this and his commission of $126.06 as soon as convenient.
There are creases from the letter being folded, discoloration on the top and right side, a small crease in the top right corner, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
