A letter from an unknown author to D.R. Marling in Whittier, California. 12 April 1917. In response to Mr. Marling's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1319), the author states that his orchards and the orchards which he oversees at North Whittier Heights have been pruned by Mr. Stambach, who now has a property in the tract. The author also states that, going forward, more of his pruning work will likely be handled by Mr. Stambach. With minor acid burns, a fold, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
