A letter from an unknown author to D.W. Harberts in Stevensville, Montana. 17 December 1914. A letter stating that information on North Whittier Heights was sent under a separate cover letter. Unplanted land costs $450 to $800 an acre. Planted land costs $700 to $1025 an acre. With the completion of Turnbull Canyon Road and the new townsite, the demand for and value of land will increase. A list of people who have bought land is provided, so Mr. Harbert can contact them regarding the merit of the land. The letter is closed with an invitation to go out and see the property. The pages have been glued together in the top left corner, there are holes in the top left corner from a straight pin, and discoloration on the right side. The second page has staining on the bottom. This object is in good condition overall.
