Description
A letter from an unknown author to Dorothy Davis. 27 August 1917. In response to Ms. Davis' earlier card, the author expresses regret that he was unable to interest her in a North Whittier Heights orchard or grove. The author states that, if Ms. Davis desires to purchase a ranch land or grove in the future, he will gladly present available properties to her. With minor acid burns and minor moisture damage, the object is in good condition overall.
