A letter from an unknown author to Durant National Bank in Durant, Oklahoma, 31 July 1913. Mr. Marshall sold a piece of land in Oklahoma and asked his Father-in-law to deposit the money into Durant National Bank; however, he opened the account at First National Bank in Durant. Mr. Marshall is going to Oklahoma and needing money for his trip would like Durant National Bank to collect the $125 from First National Bank, so Mr. Marshall can go in and pick up his money. With the pages glued together at the top, water damage, and tears, the object is in good overall condition.
