A letter from an unknown author to E.A. Langdon in Oakland, California. 23 February 1915. The author confirms that Mr. Langdon's request for information regarding the North Whittier Heights subdivision has been received. The author explains that the prices of unplanted lands range from $450 to $800 per acre and the prices of planted lands range from $700 to $1025. The author clarifies that the property is suitable for olives, but that Mr. Langdon would have to buy additional shares of water in order to successfully grow alfalfa. The author concludes by offering Mr. Langdon a tour of the property and stating that he will be sent a descriptive folder. There are two small tears on the right side of the document; flaking, discoloration, and a stain are also present on the right side. The object is in good condition overall.
