A letter from an unknown author to Edward Carr in Yuma, Arizona. 16 December 1913.
A typed letter following up with a phone conversation the author had with Edward Carr regarding the purchase of Lot 16 for $3,500. The author enclosed a map of the subdivision on which he gave information regarding building restrictions, and landmarks. Last year a 1 and a half inch pipe was installed on this lot. Mr. Hart would love for the Carr's to buy this land and build a home on the property in the coming fall. The author is sure the Carr's will be pleased with the location and condition of the property.
There is abrasion damage on the top left, bottom left and bottom right as well as discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
