A letter from an unknown author to Evangelyn Crane in Santa Paula, California. 5 December 1916. The author confirms that Mrs. Crane's earlier letter regarding two Whittier properties (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1247) has been received. The author states that the 10 acre orange grove is priced at $1,500 per acre while the 4 acre lemon grove, on which there is a six-room bungalow, is being sold in its entirety for $12,000. The author also gives details about the locations of the two properties The author notes that his company has many other citrus, walnut, and avocado lands that are either planted or unplanted. The author offers to show Mrs. Crane any of the properties at her request. With pin holes, ink stains, a minor tear, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
