A letter from an unknown author to F.C. Brandt in Long Beach, California. 21 January 1914.
A typed letter responding to F.C. Brandt's offer to list any properties the author has for exchange. The author writes that he does not handle exchanges and is selling citrus land in Los Angeles and Orange county. Right now he is working with the Whittier Extension Company and selling their land in the North Whittier Heights subdivision, which he will mail a descriptive folder for. The author goes on to write, that if Mr. Brandt has clients interested in planted and unplanted citrus land, they can work on setting up commission arrangements. In the folder that the author has sent is a map of Southern California which shows the exact location of the property as well as a map of the tracts as subdivided.
There are folds in the bottom left corner, abrasion damage on the left side and top left corner, a small crease on the bottom, and discoloration of the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
