A letter from an unknown author to F.H. Brooks. 15 April 1915. The author confirms that he has received Mr. Brooks letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.830) regarding an aforementioned lemon grove and the possibility that certain prospective buyers may no longer be interested. The author cautions Mr. Brooks that, if the prospective buyers wait too long, the owners may pull the property off the market before they have made their decision, or the author may offer the grove to a different buyer. With various stains and an acid burn, the object is in good condition overall.
