Description
A letter from an unknown author to F.Z. King in Clearwater, California. 24 February 1916. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. King's earlier letter has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights property. The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and the planted lands as ranging from $700 to $1050 per acre depending on the location and or crop. The author suggests that Mr. King can send an acquaintance to inspect the property, refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, or visit the lands personally to learn their merits. The author also offers to provide more information at Mr. Orchard's request. With creases, pin holes, a rust stain, acid burns, a minor tear, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
