A letter from an unknown author to F.Z. King in Clearwater, California. 29 February 1916. In response to Mr. King's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1060), the author states that the owners of the North Whittier Heights subdivision do not typically accept exchanges. According to the author, if F.Z. King's client would like to exchange his Hollywood houses for land in the district, then the client would likely have to use his real estate as part payment for a much more valuable property. The author states that he has a good property in mind that would merit such a deal if F.Z. King's client is interested. With pin holes, minor tears, creases, a minor acid burn, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
