A letter from an unknown author to Floyd T. Case in Whittier, California. 20 March 1916. The author states that, according to Mr. Burke, 26 lemon and 34 Valencia orange trees need to be replaced on the lot which Mr. Case gave to the Whittier Extension Company in the previous year. The author states that Mr. Case can talk to Mr. Smith or Mr. Burke about this matter. Alternatively, the author suggests that Mr. Case can write or call the author's office to speak to Mr. Hart or the author directly. With minor ink stains, a moderate fold, minor tears, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
