A letter from an unknown author to Frank C. Westover in Aurora, Illinois. 27 March 1915. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Westover's letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.789) has been received and that he will be sent a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights property. The author lists the prices of the unplanted lands as ranging from $450 to $800 per acre and planted lands from $700 to $1025 per acre. The author states that about $450,000 of the property has been sold since the year of 1913. The author suggests that Mr. Westover can refer to entities such as the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, though he feels that it would be more ideal if Mr. Westover could travel to Los Angeles and see the property himself. There is adhesive holding the two pages of the document together and some minor discoloration on the edges of the pages. The object is in good condition overall.
