A letter from an unknown author to Franklyn C. Cooley in South Pasadena, California. 31 August 1915. A two page, typed letter. The author confirms that Mr. Cooley's letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.911) has been received. The author outlines three different properties that may have suitable land for Mr. Cooley to build a country home: the El Campo tract, the North Whittier Heights subdivision, and the La Merced Tract.
