A letter from an unknown author to G.W. Coultes in Whittier, California. 20 November 1915. The author informs Mr. Coultes that, after taking Rev. Geissinger and his wife to see a number of properties, he feels it is unlikely that Rev. Geissinger will purchase an orchard in the North Whittier Heights section. Nevertheless, the author suggests that a deal may be possible if Mr. Coultes discusses the merits of the section with Rev. Geissinger. With a minor tear, a minor crease, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
