A letter from an unknown author to Geo. P. Black at Reichart & Stinchfield in Evansville, Indiana. 13 November 1918. Text beneath the signature line refers to the "Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart." The author confirms that Mr. Black's earlier letter addressed to Edwin G. Hart (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1487) has been received. The author clarifies that he is responding in Mr. Hart's stead since he is the one who originally sold the Orchard Dale Tract.
