The author will send maps, price lists, and literature as well as any assistance needed in explaining the conditions and terms of sale to clients. The author would like for Mr. Brockwell to come out to the property so the author can show him around. There will be a modern townsite opening soon as well as the compleation of a road connecting Whittier and Pomona Boulevard. Also, about 175 acres that have been planted to Eureka Lemons, Valencia Oranges, and Marsh Grapefruits. The cost of these young groves will go up on the 1st of February and suggests if Mr. Brockwell has clients interested in buying citrus land, now would be the time.
