Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.A. Barton in Newport Beach, California. 8 Decembr 1915. The author confirms that Mr. Barton's previous letter rearding a 12 acre Valencia orchard (Object ID: 2017.41.1.961) has been received. The author lists the property's terms of sale, prices it at $875 per acre, and assures Mr. Barton that someone else can do the necessary team work. The author explains that other, smaller tracts are available at prices both lower and higher than the aforementioned orchard. The author states that he will send a descriptive folder of the North Whittier Heights subdivision to Mr. Barton, and encourages Mr. Barton to contact him if he wishes to be shown the properties. With minor acid burns, minor foxing, ink stains, and wear, the object is in good condition overall.
