A letter from an unknown author to H.A. Foster in Covina, California. 3 July 1914.
A typed letter informing H.A. Foster that the sell of land to Mr. Mathie and Mr. Ruddell has fallen through. They have agreed the property in North Whittier Heights is to expensive. They have found land with water rights for $50 an acre. The author closes the letter with hopes of better luck in the future.
There is discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
