Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.B. Farmer in El Monte, California. 15 April 1914.
A typed letter responding to a message that H.B. Farmer was requesting a descriptive folder for North Whittier Heights. Mr. Farmer has a prospective customer and would like to know the commission arrangements. If established in real estate, has an office and has no other source of income then commission is 5%. However, if one sells property as a side job, then they assist in showing the property and commission is 2.5%. A descriptive folder will be mailed under a separate cover and will include a list of prices. The author also refers Mr. J.S. and J.E. Millian as well as Charles Peterson, who can talk about the merit of the property. The author would like to take Mr. Farmer and his prospect to North Whittier Heights himself.
There is a crease on the left side and top as well as discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
