A letter from an unknown author to H.B. Farmer in El Monte, California. 15 May 1914.
A typed letter copy regarding commission paid to H.B. Farmer. Enclosed is a voucher for $83.64, of half of Mr. Farmer's commission, sent by the Whittier Extension Company for the sale of lots 81 and 82 in tract 1953 to G.C. Smith and his wife. The balance of the commission will be sent when Mr. Smith pays the balance of the 1/5 down payment. The author closes the letter with hopes that Mr. Farmer will secure more sales and maybe even buy land himself.
There is general browning of the paper and discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
