A letter from an unknown author to H.B. Farmer in El Monte, California. 25 June 1914.
A typed letter copy, stating that a voucher for $83.65 is enclosed. This voucher is the second half of money owed to H.B. Farmer, as commission, for the sale of Lots 81 and 82 in Tract 1953 of North Whittier Heights, to G.C. Smith and Lottie Belle Smith. Mr. Smith came into to the office and paid the balance of the 1/5 down so the remaining commission is being sent. The letter is closed with hopes that the summer weather will bring new prospects and buyers.
There are minor creases on the left side and discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
