Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.J. Buhrmann in Whittier, California. 17 November 1913.
A typed letter in which the author informs H.J. Buhrmann that his check of $1061.00 as payment and interest for his property in North Whittier Heights was received. The author will get this check to the secretary and treasurer of the company to have a receipt sent to Mr. Buhrmann. The author also writes that Mr. Buhrmann can tap the pressure pipe at any place that is convenient for him. The company plans to put in a domestic water system, which will be on a meter, but as a temporary arrangement, taping the pipe will be fine.
There is some warping, probably from being handled. This object is in good condition overall.
