Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.L. Montgomery in Lawndale, California. 24 October 1914. A typed letter in response to a postcard (object number 2017.41.1.644) requesting information on North Whittier Heights. The author writes that they will not accept a property in exchange for land in North Whittier Heights, as it costs to much to care for and sale land scattered over the country. If still interested, there are several young groves with easy term payments. A descriptive folder will be mailed under a separate cover. There are tears and a piece missing from the right side, as well as warping all over and discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
