A letter from an unknown author to H.M. Jordan in Whittier, California. 16 April 1915. The author summarizes the decisions made at a meeting of the water committee at the Whitter Extension Company office. Another meeting will be conducted at the North Whittier Heights tract office on April 20th; the author is requesting that H.M. Jordan be present. With discoloration at the edges of the document and some minor wear on the left side, the object is in good condition overall.
