Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.M. Jordan in Whittier, California. 5 December 1917. The author states that he is enclosing a check for $59.75 in order to pay off the balance of Mr. Jordan's commission, which he earned from the sale of lots 64 and 65 in tract 1953. The author notes that a man named Ortega has sold his property and that the balance of the commission has been taken out of the deal. The author asks if there is a Sunday on which Mr. Jordan and his family would like to come spend time at his ranch. With a fold, creases, minor discoloration, a minor acid burn, minor moisture damage, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
