Description
A letter from an unknown author to H.M. Jordan, Whittier, California. 7 July 1915. The author states that he has not received Mr. Jordan's letter about the "Happy Valley" listing as well as the properties in Whittier and North Whittier Heights. The author also expresses concern that Mr. Jordan has not yet given him two sacks of fertilizer, and would like to receive them as early as possible. With ink stains, an acid burn/discoloration, minor wear, and a fold at the top left corner, the object is in good condition overall.
