A letter from an unknown author to H.W. Tappan Company in San Gabriel, California. 14 February 1914.
A typed letter informing sales agents of the recent sale of lots from the North Whittier Heights subdivision. Lots 14 and 15 in tract 2472; Lots 63 and 101 in tract 1953, planted to Valencia oranges and Eureka lemons. There are also reserve contracts for Lot 81 in tract 1953, planted to Eureka lemons; Lot 3 in tract 2472. The bottom left has a list of people this letter was sent to.
There is a fold in the top left corner, abrasion damage of the left side and top right corner, discoloration along the top, and an acid burn on the back, right side.
