Lot 34 and 35 of the hill were sold on Sunday to Mr. Wright, one of the County Assessors under Hopkins, and they have prospects for a few more plots. In regard to the $100 that was loaned to the author, it will be repaid on the 1st of March. The author believes the commission for Mr. Finch will come in around the 1st of March. The commission for Weinshank-Hamburg around the 15th of march, Gray commission will be around the 1st of April, Ortega and Burris's purchases were small, so they probably wont see commission till June or July. The pages have been glued together in the top left corner, folds in the top left corner, browning in the top right corner. Page 1 (a) has several small tears on the left side and creases in the bottom left corner. Page 2 (b) has a small tear on the left side, and abrasion damage on the right edge.
