Description
A letter from an unknown author to Harley M. Jordan in Whittier, California. 31 March 1915. The author has learned that the mortgage holder for Mr. Jordan's property to the east of North Whittier Heights has decided that she wants the mortgage to be paid off. The author informs Mr. Jordan that a man in his office, Dr. Robbins, is open to loaning his money. The author wants Mr. Jordan to reply as soon as possible and state whether he would like to borrow money; he is unsure how long Dr. Robbins will be at the office. The author also informs Mr. Jordan that he will most likely have the money for the Burris commission by April 10th, and that his part is $114.34. With a minor tear and fold on the right edge and minor discoloration on the top left corner and right side, the object is in good condition overall.
