A letter from an unknown author to Henry A. Stearns in Pasadena, California, 10 March 1913. The owners of the North Whittier Heights property are hoping to have all the land sold before 1914, but then they will be happy to show Mr. Stearns what is left. The author feels this is the best land he has ever handled and gives information on soil.
