Description
A letter from an unknown author to Henry A. Stearns in Pasadena, California, 5 March 1913. The author, who used to work for Vista Land Company writes that although the land in Vista is good in regard to temperature and frost protection, the land in North Whittier Heights is better. The land is so good that they have already sold $130,000 of land. With general yellowing, holes from a straight pin, dents from a paper clip, wear, an acid burn, tear, fold, and scratches, the object is in good overall condition.
