Description
A letter from an unknown author to Ida Cummings in Casa Grande, Arizona. 11 September 1918. Text beneath the signature line refers to the "Sales Manager for Edwin G. Hart." The author states that Mrs. Cummings' earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1478) has been received. The author explains that his firm can handle her 200 acre property in Casa Grande; however, due to the distance of the property from its operating range, his firm will require a 10% commission on any sale or exchange made. The author suggests that Mrs. Cummings send a response letter if she would still like to list her property with his firm. With minor acid burns, ink stains, minor silverfish damage, minor tears, a piece missing, minor foxing, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
