Description
A letter from an unknown author to J.H. Duckworth in Los Angeles, California. 18 December 1914. A letter regarding the referral of a nurseryman. The author then offers for Mr. Duckworth to buy land using trees to pay the 1/5 cash down payment. There is abrasion damage on the left side, many small tears on the left side, and discoloration on the top and right side. This object is in good condition overall.
