Description
A letter from an unknown author to J.J. Engeldrum in Long Beach, California. 1 June 1916. The author asks whether Mr. Engeldrum is still interested in purchasing the 50 acre property advertised in the Los Angeles Examiner. The author notes that he previously sent a response letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1091) to Mr. Engeldrum's inquiry (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1085) and tried to reach him by phone. In the case that Mr. Engeldrum is no longer interested, the author notes that his firm offers a variety of other properties that Mr. Engeldrum may find satisfactory. The author encourages Mr. Engeldrum to contact him if he is still in the market to buy a property. With a fold, minor stains, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
