A letter from an unknown author to J.L. Blankenship. 11 October 1917. The abbreviation "GTR:G" near the signature line may refer to Grover T. Russell. The author states that he had previously sent Mr. Blankenship a subscription agreement regarding the North Whittier Heights Citrus Association along with a copy of its by-laws. The author reminds Mr. Blankenship that he must send the papers back so that they can be present at a meeting of the association, and asks for him to do so as soon as possible.
