A letter from an unknown author to J.M. Frazier in Hemet, California. 6 August 1914.
A typed letter responding to a letter (object number 2017.41.1.572) stating interest in buying Lot 96 in North Whittier Heights. There is a payment of $166.18 past due on the principal and there will be a 6 months interest payment of $166.18 due on the 28th of September. The interest Mr. Peterson owes on his deferred payments is $107.60 and his water bill for June is $12.40. There is a post script that states Mr. Peterson's July water bill is $5.50 and lays out the principal payments from June 1914 to March 1919.
There is some damage on the left edge, a small tear on the left side, and discoloration on the right side. This object is in good condition overall.
